Makeup Policies • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your date and time are not reserved until the deposit is received. • The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment before the service begins. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled with proper notice. • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure the best results and allow enough time for your service. • A late arrival of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or a shortened service depending on the schedule. • Travel fees may apply for on-location appointments +30 miles • If additional people want to add services on the day of the appointment, it will be based on availability.
